About the role
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for SACM (Service Asset and Configuration Management) solutions.
- Elicit, analyze and prioritize product requirements from internal stakeholders, clients and business areas.
- Translate business needs into user stories, epics and technical specifications, in collaboration with development and architecture teams.
- Lead the full product lifecycle, from conception, discovery and delivery to launch and continuous evolution.
- Act as the technical and functional point of reference for the ServiceNow platform, especially modules related to SACM.
- Ensure solutions align with ITSM and ITIL best practices and configuration governance.
- Monitor product performance, usage, adoption and user feedback metrics, driving continuous improvements.
- Support and guide the development team throughout the delivery process, ensuring quality, adherence to the product vision and deadlines.
- Support service maturity initiatives, platform adoption, user onboarding and process improvements.
- Work collaboratively with global teams and external partners, ensuring integration and standardization of solutions.
- Deliver executive presentations communicating status, results, risks and value delivered to leadership.
- Ensure compliance with corporate technology standards, practices and processes.
- Identify opportunities for innovation, service optimization and improvement of the customer experience.
Requirements
- Advanced English (frequent communication with global stakeholders).
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, with strong ServiceNow expertise.
- Solid knowledge of Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM) modules.
- Experience with Configuration Management (CMDB).
- Experience with Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
- Solid knowledge of Service Portfolio Management.
- Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) / Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Strong analytical skills, decision-making capabilities and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in dynamic environments with multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Desired: Experience in ServiceNow implementations and upgrades.
- Experience in large corporate environments and distributed global teams.
- Experience with IT service management (ITSM) and ITIL practices.
- Ability to conduct negotiations and resolve conflicts constructively.
- Experience with metrics analysis, KPIs and indicators of service adoption and performance.
- Experience with analytical tools for evaluating performance and customer experience.
