Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Prior clinical research patient recruitment experience required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, Spanish-speaking capabilities preferred
  • Experience with simple graphic design tools such as Canva
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to develop rapport with patients over the phone
  • Proficient in using social media (Facebook, Instagram, X, etc.) for recruitment purposes
