About the role
- Greet and assist clients in person and by phone at the golf reception
- Sell various products and services
- Assist with cash handling and cash register management
- Pro shop activities: promotions, restocking, and inventory management
- Promote seasonal enrollment offers: Junior and Adult golf school programs
- Maintain the retail/shop areas
- Manage player flow on the course
- Organize competitions: sporting management (registrations, tee times, scorecards, results)
- Assist with competition management and prize ceremonies
- Maintain the course and on-course furniture
- Manage the on-site restaurant/refreshment area
Requirements
- Energetic
- Proactive
- Excellent presentation and strong verbal communication skills
- Good command of English required
