About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintenance and further development of existing client and server systems (Windows, VMware, and Linux)
  • Maintenance and further development of existing network technologies (firewalls, switches, Wi‑Fi, and remote access systems)
  • First- and second-level support for our locations (on-site and remote)
  • User and permissions management in Active Directory, local and external applications
  • Management and optimization of LAN/Wi‑Fi infrastructure
  • Participation in the IT on-call rota after successful onboarding

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist – System Integration)
  • At least 2 years of professional experience, or at least 5 years of experience as a career changer
  • Strong knowledge of Windows environments (client/server), Microsoft 365, VMware vSphere, and Veeam
  • Good knowledge of various network technologies, TCP/IP, LAN/Wi‑Fi
  • Experience in IT support
  • Independent and structured working style
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Enjoys developing effective, high-quality solutions
  • German language skills at least C1
  • Valid Class B driving license
  • Willingness to participate in the IT on-call rota
