About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform CT examinations and procedures requiring contrast agents
- Manage patients during complex procedure exams
- Use portable X-ray machines and other X-ray equipment
- Perform X-ray procedures
- Resolve minor equipment problems for X-ray and CT systems
- Communicate compassionately and professionally with patients
- Maintain equipment and area cleanliness
- Communicate professionally and effectively with hospital staff and colleagues
- Perform additional tasks as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 1 year of experience post-graduation
- RT (R), CT, ARRT, and state licensure where necessary
- Valid driver’s license
- BLS/CPR certification
- Professionalism and strong interpersonal communication skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Pass required hospital-employment health requirements, including drug screen and background check
- Ability to use mobile phone devices and applications
- Proficiency with necessary technical equipment in the diagnostic modality
