About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and evolve the visual identity, tone, and creative direction of the brand across all channels.
- Translate business objectives and abstract concepts into clear, inspiring creative strategies and campaigns.
- Ensure consistency and excellence in creative output across print, digital, video, social media, and other emerging platforms.
- Partner with Client Success, Media, Product, and Leadership teams to align creative direction with brand and business goals.
- Provide clear, constructive feedback that elevates the quality of work while supporting team growth.
- Foster a collaborative, innovative environment that encourages bold ideas and creative experimentation.
- Manage creative workflows, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brand, and on budget.
- Oversee concept development from initial idea through final production, ensuring the original vision is carried through.
- Review and approve creative assets, maintaining high standards for design, storytelling, and brand alignment.
- Stay current on design trends, cultural moments, and emerging technologies to keep the brand fresh and relevant.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of experience in a creative leadership role (agency or in-house), with a strong portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns and brand work.
- Story board video projects and being proficient in video development and editing.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Experience designing for digital platforms (websites, social media, email marketing, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver polished work with minimal supervision.
- Strong ability to move between big-picture thinking and hands-on creative direction.
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
