About the role
- You will take on the operational management and development of cooperation and innovation projects in the agricultural, nature and environmental sectors.
- In addition to coordinating ongoing projects, you will independently develop new project ideas, identify collaboration opportunities and structure initiatives from concept through implementation.
- You will work at the interface between practice, industry, science and the public sector.
- Operational coordination of ongoing cooperation projects (controlling, documentation and reporting)
- Monitoring schedules, milestones and budgets
- Liaison with industry partners from agriculture, businesses, academia and government, as well as with funding agencies and project sponsors
- Development of your own project ideas based on identified needs
- Contribution to funding applications and project concepts
- Ensuring transparent internal and external project communication
Requirements
- Initial experience in organizing or coordinating projects – ideally in the agricultural, environmental or funding context
- Professional background in agriculture, nature, environment or a comparable field (e.g. vocational training, master craftsman, technician, degree or relevant professional experience)
- Ability to translate practical needs into concrete project approaches
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills and reliability
- Very good German and confident English skills
