About the role
- Identifying, selecting and technically evaluating start-ups in the bioeconomy and agri-food tech sectors.
- Providing strategic support and coaching to start-up teams at various stages of development.
- Participation in the initiation and design of joint projects between start-ups and partners.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with start-ups, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborating on the further development of RootCamp's programmes, formats and innovation environment.
- Representing RootCamp at trade and networking events.
Requirements
- Several years of relevant professional experience in a start-up, innovation or business environment.
- Experience of working with start-ups and in project-based collaborations, accelerators, corporate innovation and founding your own company.
- Ability to structure complex topics and bring together different interests.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Independent and responsible approach to work, with a strategic way of thinking.
- Located in or willing to relocate to the Hanover region on a long-term basis.
