About the role

  • Manage and engage your local network of car dealers (portfolio of approximately 80 dealerships)
  • Support your partners in distributing Roole products
  • Promote and strengthen Roole's brand image among its members
  • Ensure regulatory compliance related to the distribution of products in dealerships
  • Motivate all dealership stakeholders by implementing sales challenges and commercial initiatives
  • Take the lead in developing regional partnerships with institutional clients

Requirements

  • Degree-level education (equivalent to Bac+4/Bac+5)
  • At least 3 years' experience managing or developing distribution networks
  • Valid driver's license (category B / standard car license)
  • Recognized for excellent interpersonal skills, energy and adaptability
  • Skilled trainer and speaker, able to adapt your message to different audiences
  • Combine a commercial mindset with an analytical approach
  • Rigorous, tenacious and responsive
  • Results-oriented, enjoy challenges, committed and ready to fully invest yourself in a fast-growing company
  • Proficient with IT tools (CRM systems, Microsoft Office suite)
