About the role

  • Provide hands-on leadership and support to the network of automotive dealers (approximately 80 dealerships)
  • Support partners in the distribution of Roole products
  • Strengthen Roole's brand presence among members through local initiatives
  • Maintain strong, autonomous relationships with the reseller network
  • Act as the regional custodian of Roole's strategy and provide ongoing visibility to the Commercial and Regional Management

Requirements

  • Education: Master's degree (Bac+4/5) or equivalent
  • At least 3 years' experience managing or coordinating distribution networks
  • Valid driver's license (category B)
  • Knowledge of the automotive sector (a plus)
  • Proficient with IT tools (CRM, Microsoft Office suite)
