About the role

  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance on people strategy, organizational structure, and team development
  • Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for your assigned business unit(s) — from sourcing to final offer stage
  • Act as the primary HR point of contact for all hiring-related needs within your business unit(s)
  • Implement and support core HR processes such as performance management, talent development, and engagement initiatives
  • Analyze HR data to drive insights, identify improvement areas, and support decision-making
  • Champion a people-first culture while contributing to the company’s growth goals

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 -6 years of HR experience, ideally in fast-paced, tech-oriented environments
  • Strong track record of recruitment delivery, particularly in IT roles
  • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end HR processes and labor regulations
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to be hands-on when needed
  • English is a strong plus
