About the role

  • Carrying out innovative projects in Tourism Systems, Extended Reality(AR/VR), Blockchain Technologies, Game Development, and Financial Technology.
  • Strengthening the position in the global market through new offices and collaborations.
  • Creating project processes according to customer's needs.
  • Analyzing business needs and creating research and test requirements.
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in mobile or digital banking projects.
  • Hands-on experience in at least one of the following domains: Cards, Loans, or Accounts.
  • Prior experience in the Digital Banking / FinTech industry.
  • Fully understanding the customer's needs, to create a project process accordingly
  • Analyzing the needs of business
  • Creating and guide various research and test requirements
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban).
  • Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, plan, and deliver work according to deadlines.
  • High Learning Agility capacity.
  • Ability to convey ideas easily.
  • Ability to have professional communication with each stakeholder.
  • Ability to be clear, short, open, and persuasive in all kinds of communication.
  • Ability to detect problems and solve them in the very beginning.
  • Ability to help the team while creating a sustainable product with higher quality.
  • Ability to offer practical solutions.
  • Ability to direct all kinds of technical and non-technical negotiations in a way that results in a positive outcome.
  • Ability to have a good grasp of the team, task, and/or customer issues and collaborate with relevant managers when necessary, and swiftly prevent or resolve these.
  • Ability to act with common sense while solving problems.
