About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Leading and continuously improving reporting frameworks, governance standards and reporting cadences across programmes and portfolios.
Developing insightful management reporting, KPI dashboards and performance visualisations that enable data-driven decision-making.
Bringing together schedule, cost, risk, change and delivery performance information into a clear, integrated reporting view.
Collaborating across PMO, Engineering, Finance, Commercial and Programme teams to improve reporting quality, consistency and automation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A degree qualification, or equivalent professional experience, in a relevant discipline.
Experience establishing and enhancing enterprise reporting frameworks within PMO, programme controls, major projects or complex delivery environments.
Strong capability in management reporting, KPI development, dashboard creation and translating complex performance data into meaningful business insights.
Advanced Excel skills alongside Power BI or similar reporting and data visualisation platforms.
Knowledge of integrated project controls disciplines, including schedule, cost, risk, change and performance reporting.
