About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the category NPI team and execute NPI strategy for their category within the supply chain.
  • Ensure supply chain capability, industrialisation readiness and supplier performances meet programme requirements.
  • Provide governance within the supply chain for all NPI activities.
  • Own multi-customer Programme Management of New Part Introduction for the power station.
  • Lead and manage a team of up to five Supply Chain Project Managers.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience of integrating multiple supplier/partner organisations to a project/programme or portfolio with common/aligned goals.
  • The ability to govern interdependent workstreams while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Working knowledge of tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, SAP and Power BI.
  • APM accreditation or a Prince 2 qualification.
