- Compare task-oriented (functional) and object-oriented (e.g., product/customer) organizational principles with respect to efficiency, transparency, and customer orientation
- Identify organizational, personnel, and technical requirements
- Develop an implementation concept including a roadmap and change-management approaches
- Optional: Conduct interviews or workshops with employees
Requirements
- Enrolled in a degree program in industrial engineering, business administration, organization/management, production engineering, or a related field
- Interest in organizational development and corporate structures
