About the role
- Issue and verify invoices;
- Verify orders, contracts, and taxes before billing;
- Monitor billing deadlines;
- Interface with internal departments to coordinate adjustments and corrections;
- Resolve billing discrepancies and support the team;
- Update billing reports and department KPIs/metrics;
- Participate in continuous improvement of billing processes and systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred;
- Knowledge of issuing and verifying electronic service invoices (NFS-e) and basic taxes (ISS, IR, PCC);
- Advanced Excel or spreadsheet skills for controls and reporting;
- Experience with financial ERPs.
