About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the end-to-end design for the Meta ad buying and management experience
- Help professionalize and unify design work
- Work inside a fullstack Campaigns team alongside PM, frontend, backend, and dev lead
- Use AI tooling as a core part of workflow
- Act as a UX ambassador in the team
- Contribute to AI product integration work
Requirements
What you’ll need- Senior product designer who has owned a scope independently before
- Comfortable challenging assumptions
- Real research and testing experience
- Comfortable working in focused three-week cycles
- Curious about AI tooling and already use it in your workflow
- Fluent Czech speaker
- Experience mentoring other designers or setting best practices for a team is a plus
