About the role
- Responsible for executing and supporting accounting routines in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment.
- Ensure accuracy of accounting operations and compliance with applicable standards and legislation.
- Work directly with multiple ERP systems, responsible for account reconciliations and monthly closings.
- Provide support for system migration projects and process improvements.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting (CRC registration active or in progress).
- Up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards (Brazilian GAAP - BR GAAP, IFRS).
- Proficiency in journal entries, reconciliations, financial statement closings, and trial balances.
- Experience using different ERP systems to perform accounting routines.
- Knowledge of accounting reporting obligations such as SPED Accounting (SPED Contábil) and ECF.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in BPO firms or consultancies.
- Experience working with multiple ERP systems (e.g., TOTVS, SAP, Omie, Sankhya, Linx, Questor), demonstrating adaptability to different technology platforms.
- Experience with bank reconciliations, provisions, and fixed asset control.
- Experience in accounting system migration projects and data integration between systems.
