About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze sales performance and identify trends and opportunities
- Perform forecast and gap-to-plan analyses
- Prepare Monthly Business Review (MBR) materials
- Build dashboards in Excel/Power BI
- Support pipeline and sales performance reporting
- Assist with sales compensation reporting, including bonus and commission calculations
- Maintain CRM data quality
- Partner cross-functionally and deliver insights
- Deliver ad hoc analyses and communicate findings to leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years in analytics, sales ops, or finance
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with Power BI and CRM systems
- Strong analytical and communication skills
