About the role

  • Recruiting & Onboarding
  • Drafting and publishing job advertisements
  • Managing the application process including candidate communication, interview coordination and initial screening interviews
  • Organizing and supporting the onboarding of new employees
  • Employee support
  • Point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related questions such as working hours, training or internal processes
  • Supporting feedback discussions and contributing to a positive company culture
  • HR administration
  • Drafting employment contracts, certificates and references
  • Maintaining and managing personnel files and HR systems
  • Managing joiners and leavers including administrative processes
  • Liaison with external partners such as tax advisors, authorities and health insurance providers
  • People development
  • Organizing workshops, training and development measures
  • Supporting talent and development programs
  • Participating in internal HR projects such as employer branding and process optimizations
  • Supporting the further development of HR policies and tools
  • Ensuring compliance with employment law requirements
  • Advising managers on employment law matters
  • Collaborating with external partners

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in HR, ideally as an HR Generalist or HR Specialist
  • Basic knowledge of German employment law and confident use of common HR tools
  • Structured, independent and reliable working style
  • Desire to make a real impact in a young, dynamic company
  • Enjoy working with people and a good eye for talent
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Ideally, initial experience recruiting tech talent
