About the role
- Actively drive company-wide business and growth initiatives
- Prepare analyses, decision documents, and presentations
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders
- Continuously improve internal work methods, processes, and structures
- Take independent responsibility for client and partner projects
- Manage client needs, requirements, timelines, and deliverables
- Ensure smooth information flow
- Produce presentations, project documentation, and decision materials
Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant professional experience — ideally in consulting, project management, or a startup environment
- Degree in Business Administration (BWL) or a comparable background
- Experience working in client- or project-driven environments
- Willingness to take ownership and drive initiatives independently
- Clear, structured communication and excellent organizational skills
- Hands-on mentality, pragmatic 80/20 mindset, proactivity, and reliability
- Confident user of PowerPoint & Excel and tools such as MS Office, Jira, Confluence, etc.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client and project meetings
- Fluent in German and English
