About the role

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of relevant professional experience — ideally in consulting, project management, or a startup environment
  • Degree in Business Administration (BWL) or a comparable background
  • Experience working in client- or project-driven environments
  • Willingness to take ownership and drive initiatives independently
  • Clear, structured communication and excellent organizational skills
  • Hands-on mentality, pragmatic 80/20 mindset, proactivity, and reliability
  • Confident user of PowerPoint & Excel and tools such as MS Office, Jira, Confluence, etc.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client and project meetings
  • Fluent in German and English
