About the role

  • As a Growth & Project Manager, you will work closely with management, internal teams, and external clients and partners.
  • You will own client and business projects end-to-end and actively contribute to strategic and operational growth initiatives.
  • Prepare analyses, decision materials, and presentations to support management decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders and prepare and run internal and external meetings and workshops.
  • Actively improve internal ways of working, processes, and structures in the business and growth areas.
  • Take independent responsibility for client and partner projects (e.g., with international football clubs or associations) from kick-off through implementation.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of relevant professional experience – ideally in consulting, project management, or a startup environment
  • Degree in Business Administration (BWL) or a comparable background
  • Experience working in client- or project-driven environments
  • Enjoy taking responsibility and driving things forward independently
  • Clear, structured communication and strong organizational skills
  • Hands-on mentality, pragmatic 80/20 mindset, proactivity, and reliability
  • Confident user of PowerPoint & Excel and tools like MS Office, Jira, Confluence, or similar
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client and project meetings
  • Fluent in German and English.
