Key responsibilities & impact

Create experiences people never forget
You manage exclusive premium events and incentives from concept through planning and budgeting to flawless execution
Focus: international hospitality, culinary and cultural formats within the premium automotive sector
You work closely with clients, partners and a creative team from events, editorial and design
From the initial idea to perfect delivery
Research, ideation and concept development
Organisation and management of high-quality events and VIP incentives
Point of contact for internal teams and external partners
Preparation of presentations, briefings, budgets and cost calculations
Participant management and comprehensive event documentation
Contract review, budget control and event accounting
On-site event support — in Germany and elsewhere in Europe, frequently on weekends

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 2 years of experience in event management / exclusive incentives
Familiar with VIP target groups, premium service and high standards
Keen sense for trends, unique locations and memorable experiences
Interest in travel, culinary experiences, hospitality and brand collaborations
Able to multitask, structured and solution-oriented
Confident handling demanding guests on-site
Strong communication skills in German and English
Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Jira or similar is a plus
Willing to travel and available on-site for approximately two weekends per month
