Key responsibilities & impact

Create experiences people never forget.
You will manage exclusive premium events & incentives from concept through planning and budgeting to flawless execution.
Focus: international hospitality, culinary and cultural formats in the premium automotive environment.
You will work closely with clients, partners and a creative team made up of events, editorial and design.
From the first idea to perfect execution.
Research, ideation and concept development
Organization and management of high-end events & VIP incentives
Point of contact for internal teams and external partners
Preparation of presentations, briefings, budgets and costings
Participant management and comprehensive event documentation
Contract review, budget control and event accounting
On-site event support – in Germany and elsewhere in Europe, frequently on weekends

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 2 years of experience in event management / exclusive incentives
Familiarity with VIP audiences, premium service and high standards
A good feel for trends, distinctive locations and strong experiences
Interest in travel, gastronomy, hospitality and brand collaborations
Strong multitasking skills; structured and solution-oriented
Able to work independently and a strong team player
Confident when dealing with demanding guests on-site
Strong communication skills in German and English
Experience with tools like Salesforce, Jira or similar is an advantage
Willingness to travel and availability for around 2 weekends per month on-site
