About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create experiences people never forget.
You oversee exclusive premium events and incentives from concept through planning and budgeting to flawless execution.
Focus: international hospitality, culinary and cultural formats within the premium automotive sector.
You will work closely with clients, partners and a creative team from events, editorial and design.
Research, ideation and concept development
Organization and management of high-end events and VIP incentives
Point of contact for internal teams and external partners
Preparation of presentations, briefings, budgets and cost calculations
Participant management and comprehensive event documentation
Contract review, budget control and event accounting
On-site event support – in Germany and elsewhere in Europe, frequently on weekends

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 2 years of experience in event management / exclusive incentives
Familiar with VIP audiences, premium service and high standards
A strong sense for trends, distinctive locations and memorable experiences
Interest in travel, culinary arts, hospitality and brand partnerships
Excellent multitasking skills; structured and solution-oriented
Independent and strong as a team player
Confident when dealing with demanding guests on-site
Strong communication skills in German and English
Experience with tools like Salesforce, Jira or similar is an advantage
Willingness to travel and availability for approximately 2 weekends per month on-site
