About the role
- Responsible for revenue growth and market development in Germany (through new and existing customers)
- Proactive new customer acquisition
- Management and strategic development of key accounts
- Close coordination with internal international teams (Sales, Engineering, Aftermarket)
- Technical consulting: plant and system design, process evaluation, product training
- Preparation and coordination of proposals and solutions with internal specialist teams
- Monitoring market trends and identifying new business opportunities
- Documenting and maintaining all activities in Salesforce
Requirements
- Degree in a technical field (e.g., process engineering, mechanical engineering)
- 3 to 5 years' sales experience in special plant engineering
- Technical understanding and advisory competence for complex solutions
- Strong communication skills at all levels – from technicians to executive management
- Independent, goal-oriented, assertive, and willing to travel (approx. 60% travel)
- Fluent German and English (business proficiency)
