Key responsibilities & impact

Consulting and implementation of Identity & Access Management (IAM) on AWS infrastructure
Designing IAM solutions (One Identity Manager, Keycloak, or similar)
Access rights and recertification concepts
Cloud architecture (AWS) for stable, secure platforms
Cloud security concepts
DevOps / CI/CD in complex AWS environments
Troubleshooting in IAM, AWS, and CI/CD environments
Advising business units and coordinating cross-team implementation (ITSM)

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience consulting on IAM processes (common IAM tools)
3+ years of experience in AWS architecture and infrastructure setup
Documented reference projects – essential for public tenders
DevOps / CI/CD, cloud security, agile working
German at C1 level; certifications are a plus (AWS, IAM tools)
Use of AI tools is required (e.g., Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor)
