About the role

  • You develop the visual concepts that ensure our ads not only stand out in the feed but also perform
  • Design social-first ad visuals for Meta, TikTok, Snapchat & YouTube
  • Develop hooks, layout structures, visual hierarchies and conversion-focused designs
  • Derive variants (A/B tests), iterations and design breakdowns from performance data
  • Creatively evolve existing design approaches — new styles, formats and mechanics
  • Collaborate with creative strategists to translate marketing hypotheses into visual experiments
  • Rapid prototyping cycles based on live data and testing results
  • Visually develop new ad frameworks: direct response, testimonial, product-first, problem-solution, etc.

Requirements

  • Strong skills in at least one common design tool (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma)
  • Understanding of social media mechanics: hook-focus, scrolling psychology, attention triggers
  • Performance mindset: you want to understand why a visual works — not just how it looks
  • Ability to marry brand aesthetics with conversion logic
  • Quick comprehension, visual conceptual thinking and an iterative working approach
  • Interest in experimental design approaches, AI tools and testing logic
  • Motivation to take ownership rather than just working from tickets
  • Bonus: experience with basic motion graphics, micro-animations or creative testing
