Account Manager
Rock Kitchen HarrisAccount Manager leading client relationships and project delivery for housebuilder accounts at RKH. Focused on proactive collaboration and delivering high-quality work with strong team dynamics.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- As an Account Manager at RKH you're someone who’s confident, driven, and ready to take ownership of client relationships and delivery.
- At RKH, we’re proudly independent and built differently. We move fast, think clearly, and focus on what really matters; creating work that connects with people and delivers real impact. That means being proactive, collaborative, and always focused on outcomes over output.
- This role will be working closely on a housebuilder account, so experience within the housebuilding sector, or a closely related industry such as property, construction, or real estate, is required.
- As an Account Manager, you’ll be the day-to-day lead across your accounts. You’ll manage projects from brief through to delivery, working closely with internal teams to ensure everything is delivered on time, on brief, and to a high standard. You’ll build strong relationships with your clients, becoming someone they trust to keep things moving, solve problems, and add value.
- A typical day might involve leading client conversations, writing clear and actionable briefs, managing timelines and budgets, and keeping multiple workstreams on track. You’ll be expected to spot opportunities, think ahead, and bring solutions (not just updates).
- But as with everything at RKH, this role is about more than delivery. It’s about how you show up. We’re looking for someone who brings energy to a team, builds strong relationships, and contributes positively to the people around them. Someone who’s not afraid to challenge thinking, ask questions, and push for better.
- You’ll also play an important role in supporting and developing Account Executives, helping them learn, grow, and build confidence in their roles.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You’re someone who takes ownership. You’re comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities, and you don’t wait to be told what to do; you think ahead, take initiative, and make things happen.
- You’re confident and personable, able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. You communicate clearly and professionally, but without ego. You listen, adapt, and bring people with you.
- You’re solutions-focused and resilient. Things don’t always go to plan, but you stay calm, think clearly, and work through challenges in a practical way. You’re not afraid of a challenge, in fact, you enjoy it.
- You have a strong eye for detail and a clear understanding of what good looks like. You take pride in delivering high-quality work and holding yourself accountable for the outcome.
- You’re a team player who contributes positively to the culture around you. You support others, share knowledge, and help create an environment where people can do their best work.
- You’ll have a few years’ experience in an agency or similar environment, with a solid understanding of how campaigns are delivered across channels. But just as importantly, you bring the right mindset; motivated, curious, and always looking to improve & grow.
- You’ll need to hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car, as travel will be required as part of the role.
