About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead a team of Practice Managers through daily operations and ensure KPIs are met
  • Manage the overall performance and operational aspects of assigned clinics
  • Ensure Practice Managers provide high-quality patient care
  • Travel to each clinic
  • Hire, train, and develop staff
  • Communicate company objectives to practice team leaders through scheduled emails, video conferences, phone, and email
  • Manage practice teams to maintain operational and human resource standards and established processes
  • Supervise Team Leaders
  • Monitor KPIs and enforce accountability expectations
  • Ensure practice units maintain KPIs established with the VP of Clinical Operations
  • Manage clinics within communicated budgets
  • Ensure teams deliver an outstanding customer experience
  • Set and manage measurable customer service results
  • Conduct training on human resources, compliance, and technical topics
  • Conduct regular inspections

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5 years of business management experience
  • College degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication skills with staff and doctors
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to apply analytics results to process improvement and strategic thinking
  • Able to travel 60%–70% of the time if needed
  • Frequent travel required to maintain appropriate relationships
  • Use of Google at work and other tools required by the direct manager
  • Minimum scrubs or business casual attire when visiting practice locations; business casual for representative meetings
