About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a team of Practice Managers through daily operations and ensuring KPI's are being met
Be responsible for the overall performance and managing all operational aspects of the clinics assigned
Travel to each clinic, hire, train, and develop staff
Consistently and effectively communicate company objectives to all practice team leaders
Manage practice teams towards maintaining acceptable operational and human resource standards
Supervise Team Leaders, monitoring of KPIs
Ensure KPIs are maintained by all practice units
Manage clinics to operate within a budget

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 - 5 years business management experience
College degree preferred or equivalent experience
Strong Communication Skills with both staff and doctors
Attention to Detail
Ability to apply analytics results to process improvement and strategic thinking
Able to travel 60% - 70% of the time if needed
