About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design end-to-end UX/UI deliverables from early exploration and concepting through high-fidelity execution
Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished interface designs balancing usability, business goals, and technical constraints
Build, evolve, and maintain design systems supporting consistency, scalability, and flexibility across products
Conduct UX research activities, including usability testing and user interviews, to inform design decisions
Use Figma for design, prototyping, documentation, and collaboration
Use AI-assisted tools such as Figma AI and Claude to improve efficiency, creativity, and design quality
Partner with client product teams to understand problems, shape solutions, and deliver outcomes
Collaborate with engineers, strategists, and delivery leads to bring designs to life
Participate in agile workflows while balancing multiple projects, clients, and industries
Take ownership of design work end-to-end
Contribute to internal initiatives such as marketing, pitches, and the evolution of the design practice
Experiment, bring new ideas, and embrace continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

Applications from outside Canada will not be considered for this role
2+ years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer working on digital products or platforms
Strong hands-on design skills with deep proficiency in Figma
Experience building and maintaining design systems in real-world product environments
Working knowledge of UX research methods including usability testing and user interviews
Experience working directly with clients or cross-functional product teams
Ability to give and receive design feedback
Ability to adapt design approaches across different industries, users, and problem spaces
Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI-assisted design tools and workflows, such as Figma AI and Claude
Experience with motion design, advanced prototyping tools, front-end concepts, or workshop facilitation is a plus
