You’ll work across the stack to prototype, test, and launch in-production features that make the workplace feel effortless.
We’re a hybrid team based in Boston, working in-office several days a week so we can build and solve in real time.
You’ll join a small, high-trust squad where shipping fast and learning faster is the norm.

Stand up end-to-end features using LLMs, vector search, and streaming APIs.
Move fast with rapid A/B testing, prompt tuning, and iteration in live environments.
Touch every layer from infra-as-code to UI in a fast-moving product squad.
Harden scrappy prototypes into real, scalable software.
Collaborate closely with design, product, and strategy to shape what we build.
You’ve shipped 0-to-1 AI features and translated technical power into real value.
You’re fluent in LLM concepts and comfortable making smart bets in ambiguous spaces.
You move quickly, collaborate across disciplines, and love shaping strategy through execution.
