Key responsibilities & impact

Independently perform ongoing financial accounting for residential and commercial properties
Accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
Support in preparing operating cost and housing charge statements
Coordination with tax advisors and external partners
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of internal processes

What you’ll need

Completed vocational training in a commercial/business field
At least 2 years of experience in accounting
Knowledge of real estate management, Domus 1000, and operating cost accounting is desirable but not required
Organized and able to work independently
Sense of responsibility and discretion
Enjoy being part of a small, close-knit team where every member counts
