Partner with the proposal team to clearly understand project scope, technical requirements, and client expectations to ensure seamless project initiation
Lead project kickoff meetings, establish communication protocols, and coordinate internal resource assignments across condition and analysis teams
Develop, maintain, and continuously refine project templates, schedules, and tracking mechanisms to ensure consistency and efficiency in delivery
Oversee the preparation, quality control, and delivery of condition data and analysis outputs in alignment with project standards and client requirements
Monitor project timelines and proactively manage schedules to ensure on-time delivery of all condition and analysis milestones
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear communication, coordination, and issue resolution related to condition and analysis deliverables
Support cross-functional collaboration to drive project execution, resolve risks, and maintain high-quality outcomes
Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support project delivery and organizational objectives
