About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work on real client projects
Support day-to-day operations
Gain exposure to the full range of modern communications
Conduct research on media, trends, companies, markets, and AI topics
Work with common AI tools for research, ideation, structuring, drafting, and analysis
Test and document AI applications, prompts, and workflows
Handle visibility and reputation topics (e.g., GEO)
Editorial work for social media, websites, newsletters, blog posts, and press releases
Develop and prepare content for LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram
Prepare events, workshops, presentations, and client meetings
Create simple presentations, visuals, or work materials using Canva or PowerPoint
Perform organizational tasks across various projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Enrolled in a media-, communications-, or marketing-related degree program
At least in the 3rd semester of study
Fluent German and good English skills
Enjoy writing and have a good sense of language, tone, and target audiences
Interest in strategic communication, PR, social media, and digital topics
Basic experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude
Able to work reliably, carefully, and independently
Open to feedback and eager to learn
Quick to get up to speed on new topics
Work in a structured way and maintain an overview of tasks
Bring team spirit, initiative, and curiosity
