About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own full regional P&L, including revenue growth, margin expansion, cost structure, and capital deployment across all assigned pharmacy sites
- Define and execute regional growth strategy, including market expansion, new site development, capacity optimization, and customer segment prioritization aligned with enterprise objectives
- Partner closely with Pharmacy Managers, Sales, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and other functions to identify and execute opportunities to improve margin, throughput, and productivity
- Ensure consistent execution of operational standards, workflows, and best practices across the region
- Build strong cross-functional relationships to proactively solve issues, remove barriers, and support sustainable regional growth
- Develop and lead a high-performing leadership bench across the region, ensuring strong succession pipelines and scalable leadership capability
- Serve as a key contributor to enterprise operations strategy, providing input into network design, operating model evolution, and long-term growth planning
- Influence and prioritize capital investment decisions across the region, including facility upgrades, equipment, and expansion initiatives to support growth and efficiency
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred (business, healthcare, operations or related field)
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, pharmacy operations, manufacturing, or similarly regulated environments
- Proven experience leading multi-site or regional operations with full P&L accountability
- Demonstrated success driving business growth, margin expansion, and operational transformation across distributed teams
- Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally (e.g., Pharmacy, Operations, Finance, Quality, Compliance) to drive results
- Strong working knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in a highly regulated setting
- Experience developing leaders and building internal and external talent pipelines.
