About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own full regional P&L,including revenue growth, margin expansion, cost structure, and capital deployment across all assigned pharmacy sites
  • Define and execute regional growth strategy, including market expansion, new site development, capacity optimization, and customer segment prioritization aligned with enterprise objectives
  • Partner closely with Pharmacy Managers, Sales, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and other functions to identify and execute opportunities to improve margin, throughput, and productivity Hold Pharmacy Managersaccountable for achievingfinancial, operational, and quality outcomes, establishing clear performance expectations and driving accountability through a structured operating cadencewhile providing strategic direction, performance oversight, and escalation support
  • Ensure consistent execution of operational standards, workflows, and best practices across the region Use data and performance metrics to identify trends, address gaps, and drive corrective actions Build strong cross-functional relationships to proactively solve issues, remove barriers, and support sustainable regional growth
  • Develop and lead a high-performing leadership bench across the region, ensuring strong succession pipelines and scalable leadership capability
  • Serve as a key contributor to enterprise operations strategy, providing input into network design, operating model evolution, and long-term growth planning
  • Influence and prioritize capital investment decisions across the region, including facility upgrades, equipment, and expansion initiatives to support growth and efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred (business, healthcare, operations or related field)
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, pharmacy operations, manufacturing, or similarly regulated environments
  • Proven experience leading multi-site or regional operations with full P&L accountability
  • Demonstrated success driving business growth, margin expansion, and operational transformation across distributed teams
  • Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally (e.g., Pharmacy, Operations, Finance, Quality, Compliance) to drive results
  • Strong working knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in a highly regulated setting
  • Experience developing leaders and building internal and external talent pipelines
