About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ingest and transform large (1M+ rows), complex datasets from multiple messy sources
Own data validation and end-to-end QA across the full pipeline: inputs, transformations, model outputs, customer-facing artifacts
Build and validate scenarios and outputs to ensure accuracy and reliability
Investigate edge cases, surface data quality issues, and work with engineering to fix them at the source
Partner with internal teams to define and refine data workflows
Sit on customer calls with senior leadership, including VP+ and C-suite at our 3PL and retail customers; translate their data reality into Rivora workflows
Build the playbook for how Rivora is delivered to enterprise customers as we scale

Requirements

What you’ll need

5-8 years in implementation, data analysis, analytics engineering, or operations roles where you owned data quality end-to-end.
Strong SQL and Excel. Python or similar is mandatory. Comfortable with the modern data stack.
Demonstrated ability to own data quality and validate outputs end-to-end.
Exposure to product operations or QA-heavy roles.
Experience working with data-driven products or platforms.
Experience working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams.
Strong communication skills in client-facing and stakeholder-facing settings.
You're energized, not frustrated, when the product can't yet do what the customer needs. You love the hunt for the solution!
