About the role
- Actively manage and expand Ritual’s communities across Kakao, Telegram, Twitter, and Discord.
- Engage KOLs strategically, developing personalized outreach programs and collaborations to amplify Ritual's vision and use cases.
- Produce developer-oriented community content such as educational live streams, workshops, and interactive discussions.
- Coordinate and run local meetups, developer workshops, and online community activations to deepen Ritual’s community engagement and relationships.
- Gather, analyze, and relay community insights and feedback to Ritual Foundation, directly influencing product enhancements and strategic initiatives.
- Represent Ritual publicly, actively participate in industry and community events, and become a respected advocate for Ritual's mission.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and managing developer-focused communities, ideally within crypto, AI, or tech ecosystems.
- Proven ability in grassroots community building combined with strategic influencer partnerships.
- Deep understanding of the Korean crypto and tech ecosystem, with strong cultural and operational insights.
- Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multi-platform engagements and audiences effectively.
- High emotional intelligence, strong public speaking abilities, and the ability to host live community events and discussions both online and offline.
- Strong technical literacy with a solid understanding of blockchain technology and AI applications.
- Adept at analytics tools and community management software.
- Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
- An enthusiastic, growth-oriented individual who takes a proactive approach to their work.
- Meticulous attention to detail and an obsessive drive for operational excellence.
- Fluent in Korean; proficient in English.
- Based in Seoul with extensive local networks within crypto and developer communities.
