Key responsibilities & impact

Be the first point of contact for potential clients, focusing on outbound efforts.
Develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
Manage client relationships and contribute to brand success.
Monitor industry trends and collaborate with stakeholders to refine strategies.
Manage the proposal process and generate leads.
Conduct research to inform new investment projects and enhance service delivery.
Report on key marketing metrics and coordinate promotional events.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, marketing, sales, or a related field, preferably in property or association management.
Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
Experience with social media, email marketing, SEO, Google AdWords, and Google Analytics.
Strong understanding of graphic design and UI best practices.
Proven ability to plan, manage resources, and deliver effective presentations.
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. The majority of work is seated with occasional standing and walking.
