About the role
- Direct liaison with the communications agency, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and quality.
- Monitor and organize the execution of items specified in Annex II – Communication Counterparts.
- Liaison with SALIC and Petrobras for approval of graphic materials and promotional items.
- Review and monitor the strategic communications plan together with the agency.
- Manage and monitor the festival's social media channels.
- Oversee press relations, including press releases, interviews, and media clipping.
- Update and maintain the festival's official website.
- Monitor the interview schedule and prepare spokespeople.
- Respond to and engage the digital community (social media and website).
- Produce monthly communications evaluation reports (quantitative and qualitative).
- Monitor results across all platforms and prepare reports for senior management.
- Support drafting and proofreading of protocols, official statements, and internal communications.
- Coordinate communications with partners and local stakeholders at each stage of the festival.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Communication or a related field (e.g., Journalism, Communications, Public Relations)
- Previous experience in communications, marketing, or related areas
- Knowledge of digital communication strategies and social media
- Project management skills and ability to meet deadlines
