About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You advise high-net-worth clients on the structured planning of their wealth and succession arrangements
  • You identify tax, legal and organizational structuring options and support with foundations, gifts, and asset transfers
  • You develop tailored solutions and highlight optimization opportunities for successful wealth succession
  • You work closely with the responsible client advisors and support mandates as part of a team
  • You independently manage approximately 50 estate-planning cases per year — from initial analysis through to implementation
  • You contribute new ideas for processes, offerings and the strategic direction of the Estate Planning business area
  • You help drive share-of-wallet growth and fee-based revenue

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed training as a bank clerk (Bankkaufmann) or equivalent qualification, supplemented by further training in Estate Planning or Financial Planning
  • Several years' experience in Private Banking, wealth advisory or related fields — at least 2–3 years across both disciplines (Private Banking + Estate Planning)
  • Solid knowledge of wealth and succession planning — foundations, gifts, inheritance tax, asset transfers
  • German C1 or higher — you communicate complex topics clearly and sensitively
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills
  • Empathy and a confident manner in emotionally demanding family situations
  • Proactive "builder" mindset — you want to help shape the business area, not just service it
