Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master's degree required
  • NYS License/Registration as a Social Worker required (LMSW/LCSW)
  • Prior experience in a hospital or community health agency is preferred
  • Experience with assigned patient population and Utilization of PM Schedule
  • Experience treating concurring substance abuse and mental illness required
  • Ability to cover dual locations.
