About the role
- Execution of high-priority, cross-functional projects identified by the CEO and Executive Team
- Design and manage the cadence of company-wide planning
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics
- Act as a central communication hub
- Develop, implement, and maintain scalable operational processes
- Partner with the CEO to reinforce company culture and drive initiatives
Requirements
- 3+ years in healthcare, health tech, or tech-enabled services
- Experience in cardiology, remote patient monitoring, or medical device data is a plus
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA, MPH, or advanced degree preferred
- Track record of successfully managing complex, cross-functional projects
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
