About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Independently responsible for auditing consolidated and annual financial statements
Direct collaboration with clients — not a pure back-office role
Act as the interface between the team and partners
Ongoing, comprehensive client engagement (including areas beyond the audit)
Provide technical leadership for small teams
Contribute to the development of mandates and to business development (client acquisition)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Successfully passed the Wirtschaftsprüfer exam (German auditor qualification)
Several years' experience in statutory financial statement auditing
Solid knowledge of the German Commercial Code (HGB); IFRS knowledge is an advantage
Enjoy client-facing work and taking responsibility
Team player with analytical thinking and an entrepreneurial mindset
