About the role
- Win SME B2C clients for our media planning — providing consultative advice that drives impact.
- Develop tailored media solutions: understand needs, outline strategy, present proposals, and close deals.
- Build relationships as equals: from the first conversation to long-term partnerships.
- Think beyond products: identify what the client truly needs to turn reach into results.
- Work closely with our or client-side planning teams to ensure promises and performance align.
- Keep pipeline, forecast, and activities well-organized — because growth requires planning.
Requirements
- You have several years of experience in selling media planning / media consulting (agency environment) and know how to translate needs into solutions.
- You are comfortable in an SME B2C environment: short decision paths, clear decision-makers, and fast implementation.
- You don’t sell “advertising” — you sell impact: you make the case with target audiences, KPIs, and efficiency, and you close deals reliably.
- You build relationships sustainably — trustworthy, dependable, and clear.
- You communicate persuasively — very confident in German (spoken and written), able to engage with executive management and marketing on equal footing.
- You work independently, think proactively, and follow through: ownership instead of excuses.
- Experience with cross-media concepts (Digital, Print, OOH, Social).
