About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conceptual and operational support: You assist with the creation, planning and execution of CRM campaigns in day-to-day and project work
Participation in lead generation and automation: Support in developing and implementing lead-generation strategies and setting up automation processes
Support with analysis and A/B tests: You help plan, run and analyze A/B tests to optimize our campaigns
Assistance in the creation of presentations: You collaborate on preparing and structuring presentation materials used in internal meetings and external events

Requirements

What you’ll need

You are a matriculated student in one of the following or a related field: Marketing, Business, Communication, Media
You are an organizational talent, able to work independently and client-oriented, while paying close attention to detail
You are creative and have a good sense for compelling copy and visual design
Confident user of Excel and other MS Office applications
Strong affinity for online marketing and digital topics and ideally first practical experience, e.g. in using a Customer Experience platform
Analytical skills that help you interpret data and derive actionable insights
