About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop custom WinDev, WebDev and WinDev Mobile applications
- Perform corrective and enhancement maintenance on existing projects
- Analyze and resolve incidents and bugs
- Improve application quality, performance and reliability
- Propose improvements to applications and development practices
- Implement development best practices
- Participate in R&D and innovation topics, notably UX/UI, AI and automation
- Communicate directly with clients to understand their needs and expectations
- Monitor project coordination, progress and adherence to commitments
- Contribute to a sustainable, high-quality client relationship
- Work on management systems and business processes across various industries
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 2–3 years of development experience
- Strong knowledge of WinDev, WebDev and/or WinDev Mobile
- Solid foundation in SQL queries
- Developer training or equivalent experience
- Degree is not a decisive factor; experience, curiosity and ability to self-learn are preferred
- JavaScript/CSS, UX/UI awareness, and interest in AI and automation platforms (e.g., n8n) are appreciated but not required
- Autonomy and rigor
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and work in a team
