About the role

  • Development of custom WinDev, WebDev and WinDev Mobile applications
  • Evolutionary and corrective maintenance of existing projects
  • Analysis and resolution of incidents and bugs
  • Continuous improvement of application quality, performance and reliability
  • Proactive proposals to evolve applications and best practices
  • Participation in R&D and innovation topics: improving user experience (UX/UI), integrating new technologies (AI, automation, etc.)
  • Direct communication with clients to understand needs and expectations
  • Project follow-up: coordination, tracking progress, ensuring commitments are met

Requirements

  • At least 2–3 years of development experience
  • Strong knowledge of WinDev, WebDev and/or WinDev Mobile, with solid foundations in SQL queries
  • Developer training or equivalent professional experience
  • Atypical profiles welcome: career changers, self-taught candidates, non-traditional IT backgrounds
  • Desirable (but not mandatory) skills: JavaScript / CSS, UX/UI awareness, interest in AI and automation platforms (e.g., n8n)
